We currently ship to: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

We’ll do our best to arrange shipping for you.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Customized items may require an additional 7–14 business days before shipping.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

📦 Shipping to Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan 

Free Shipping (via SF Express)
Enjoy free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan on orders over HKD400/NT$1600
(calculated based on original item price before discounts).

For orders below HKD400:
Hong Kong orders will be shipped via SF Express cash on delivery (starting from HKD25).
Macau orders are charged at a flat rate starting from HKD34.
Taiwan orders are charged at a flat rate starting from HKD40.

Once shipped, a SF Express tracking number will be sent to you via email.

💡 Import Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped to Taiwan may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Taiwan recipients may also be required to complete EZ WAY real-name authentication before delivery can be arranged.

SF Express may contact recipients by phone or through the SF Express App regarding delivery arrangements. To avoid delivery delays, we recommend keeping your phone available for incoming calls and downloading the SF Express App to receive delivery notifications.

If you prefer convenience store pickup (7-ELEVEN, Family Mart, or Hi-Life), please enter the convenience store name and branch name as your shipping address.

📦 Other Countries (via Hong Kong Post)

International orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post.  
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Customized items may require an additional 7–14 business days before shipping.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

💡 Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur import taxes, duties, or fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
