📦 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the UK and Australia, .
If your country isn’t listed above, feel free to email us — we’d be happy to assist with a custom order.
A: Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for certain regions or promotions.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom embroidered items require an additional 7–14 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination.
🎨 Pet Portrait Process
Please upload a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet’s full face from the front. Avoid blurry, dark, or low-resolution images, as they may affect the embroidery quality.
Yes! We will email you a digital embroidery preview. Production begins only after you approve the design.
Yes — we offer one free revision after preview delivery. Please reply with your requested changes within 7 calendar days.
We will hold your order until we receive your confirmation. If we don’t hear from you within 30 calendar days, we will proceed with the embroidery based on the preview as approved.

Please email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you.
Since each order is made to order and often includes custom embroidery, we’re unable to cancel orders once placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
