All custom embroidery products are made-to-order. Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not possible. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Orders & Payments / 下單與付款
We accept major credit cards and payment gateways. All payments are processed securely. Orders are confirmed via email after payment is completed.

We offer local and international shipping. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.

Only non-customized, unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Custom embroidery items are not eligible for return or exchange.
